In general, however, it's better to leave the Limit Breaks to the DPS for their massive damage, or the Healer for their party-wide instant revival Level 3 LB. Similiarly to Healer Limit Breaks, you'll almost never see a Level 1 or Level 2 Tank LB, and Level 3 ones are used in specific fights and situations, such as mechanics that require a Level 3 Tank LB to avoid an instant wipe.
